You can now require your employees to add an expiration date to every entry of a document they submit. Once the document expires or is about to expire, Connecteam will automatically indicate the upcoming expiration date to your managers. To enable this capability, all you need to do is go to the document’s settings, tick the box near “Set expiration date,” and choose “Per entry.”

In addition to adding an expiration date per entry, you can also add an expiration date per document type. With expiration date per doc, Connecteam will automatically indicate when it’s time to resubmit documents that expire on the same predetermined date for all your employees. This is the perfect way to ensure that your employees’ important documents, such as tax forms, are always up to date. To set it up, go to the document’s settings, tick the box near “Set expiration date,” and choose “Per Doc.”
