Simply add a personal message and congratulate your employees to make them feel seen and celebrated. Connecteam will show you a clear overview of all past and upcoming events so that you can prepare for your team’s special days in advance. All you need to do is update your employees’ profiles with the relevant information, and you’re good to go!
Celebrate as a Team
Each day’s celebrations will appear at the top of the mobile feed, making it a breeze for your employees to leave comments and congratulate their colleagues. The result: An increase in the celebration’s impact and employee engagement! Connecteam will notify the employee being celebrated about their event and their colleague’s comments, making their day extra special.

Choose How Your Employees Celebrate
As a manager, you can decide what you would like to celebrate in your company: Birthdays, anniversaries, or both. In addition, you choose whose celebrations your employees can see. Keep them open for the entire company or limit visibility by team, department, seniority, or other shared characteristics. To set everything up, visit the Celebrations options and click ‘Settings.’
